Kristen loves to create whimsical patterns for fabric, apparel, wallpaper, stationary and more! She works in adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator, & Procreate to create patterns and spot illustrations.
she is strongly influenced by the natural world and children’s stories which usually results in a whimsical and soft style. however, she also enjoys creating colorful & bold prints in a more graphic style!
Kristen works very well with other creatives, she loves collaboration and enjoys helping others turn their creative vision into a reality!

Kristen has over 15 years of apparel design experience in a variety of environments- including large scale corporate product development, freelance, and small scale apparel businesses where she has worn many hats. In addition to her apparel design training She is also a skilled pattern cutter and seamstress and therefore has a deep knowledge of apparel construction.
services includes support with collection development including silhouette design, creating colored apparel sketches, detailed flats for tech packs, and artwork for apparel including spot illustrations, repeating patterns, and embroidery layouts.
Kristen’s expertise is in women’s and children’s apparel- However she is not limited to these two categories and if you work in a different realm she is open to hearing about your project!
